Awesome facilities with steam room and sauna.

A very comfortable room for a quick stay.

The room seems a little stuffy and some sense of wetness. To access the room on the third floor we needed to go over some steps in where no ramp was available to bring the cart so it was an inconvenience. We ate at the restaurant and we had a great service by Jhonny he was amazing and very friendly. The food had improved from recent years.

There was no notification that the lake was being drained and had dangerous water conditions, the website said they had a market, coffee and a dining area, they had none, that were in use anyway. We had a second room for guests who weren't arriving until the evening. I explained this to staff but when our other guests arrived they were treated rudely. TV did not work, DVD player did not work. Half of the DVD's that were available to borrow had no movie in them. Just very disappointing overall. We stayed here once before and fell in love with it. This visit makes me not want to go back.
